Brighton, Michigan/USA, March 13, 2023 – MK Advisors is pleased to announce that Michael Johnson has been promoted to VP of Training and Partner Relations.  He assumed this role on January 1st of this year.  In this role, Michael is responsible for creating and managing the training programs offered to our clients, community organizations and program partners.  This will be done in conjunction with our partners who already offer training services related to microgrids, technologies and other topics of interest.  He also assumes responsibility for managing relationships with partners in which we are offering collaborative programs, projects, or other related services.  This will include projects that are offered as a service to all MKA clients and partners, such as the Technology Matrix and Finance Matrix.

Michael Johnson said “The purpose of this position is to guide, facilitate, build team collaboration, train, educate, motivate, and inspire our clients and partners to achieve their personal goals.  This will create the best possible experience with our programs, projects, and services.  I am excited to be in this role and know that my 30 years of experience in clean energy and sustainability will serve me well.  In addition, most of my work experience relates to building collaborative efforts, training people in the energy industry, and facilitating processes in which all participants feel heard and we arrive at the best solution.”

MKA will benefit from Mr. Johnson’s experience. As we expand, we are excited about the strategies he plans to implement in order to build a team within MKA that continues to offer top notch services. As our global reach in Africa and other countries grows in the coming years, the team that Mr. Johnson puts together will be instrumental to our collective, collaborative success.
